360 Photobooth Freetown designs the overlay that frames every 360 video: the text, colours and graphics that sit on top of the slow-motion clip. It is what turns a generic video into your wedding, your party or your brand's launch, and it travels with every share.
What happens on the first visit
Most bookings start with a message and a photo of the venue rather than a site visit. We look at where the booth will stand, how guests will reach it, where power and cover are, and how long you want it running. For larger or unusual spaces we can walk the venue with you before the date.
Standard and custom overlays
Every booking includes a standard overlay with your names or event title and the date, in colours that suit your event. A fully custom overlay is an extra: logos, monograms, themed artwork, sponsor lines or a campaign hashtag, designed from your materials.
Either way, you see and approve the overlay before the event. Nothing goes on the videos that you have not signed off.
What to send us
For a wedding or party, send the invitation or a photo of your colour scheme. For a brand or campaign, send your logo as a PNG with a transparent background or a vector file, your brand colours, and any line or hashtag you want included.
Send artwork early so there is time to design, approve and test the overlay on the booth before the day.
Why the overlay matters
The overlay is the only part of the video that carries your message once it leaves the event. A clear name, date and hashtag mean people who see the clip on someone's status know whose event it was, and businesses get their brand in front of every viewer.
Prices and paying
Hire is priced by length: 2, 3 or 4 hours, with extras such as a fully custom overlay design, red carpet or backdrop added on top. Current prices are on the packages page, and the cost estimator gives a figure for your hours and extras without a phone call.
