Who we are

360 Photobooth Freetown, Freetown, Western Area, Sierra Leone. Contact: [email protected], +232 75 009582.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site we receive what you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, event type, date, venue and any message. Forms are processed by Web3Forms, which forwards the submission to us by email. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you send.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver a booking. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Videos recorded at events

Videos are recorded only when guests choose to step onto the platform. Each guest can download their own clip by QR code, and the host receives the full set after the event. We do not publish event videos on our own channels without the host's permission.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and, for bookings, for our records. Event videos are kept only long enough to deliver them to the host, unless the host asks us to keep them longer.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. If basic visitor analytics is switched on, it records anonymous page views to help us understand which pages are useful.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting [email protected].
