360 Photobooth Freetown is a 360 video booth service for bridal showers and engagement parties in Freetown. Smaller guest lists and themed outfits make these some of the most fun events for the booth: friends record together, the bride-to-be gets a clip with every group, and the videos are on everyone's phones before the cake is cut.
What happens on the first visit
Most bookings start with a message and a photo of the venue rather than a site visit. We look at where the booth will stand, how guests will reach it, where power and cover are, and how long you want it running. For larger or unusual spaces we can walk the venue with you before the date.
A booth that fits a smaller room
Bridal showers and engagement parties are often held in a living room, a restaurant's private room or a rooftop, not a big hall. The booth needs a clear, level area of about 3 m by 3 m. In most homes that means moving a sofa or a table for the evening.
Two hours is usually enough for 20 to 60 guests. The attendant keeps the queue moving and makes sure the bride-to-be gets into as many clips as she wants.
Themes, colours and props
Showers usually have a colour theme or dress code. The overlay carries the bride's name, the date and the theme colours, and basic props are included. A fully custom design, such as a monogram or a matching invitation style, is available as an extra.
Matching robes, sashes and outfits look especially good in 360 because the camera catches the whole group from every side.
Engagement parties and proposals
For an engagement party, the booth gives the couple and both families a first set of videos together. Some couples use the same overlay design again at the wedding so the two sets match.
If you are planning a surprise proposal, tell us when you ask for a quote. The attendant can have the booth ready and recording the moment the couple steps up.
Prices and paying
Hire is priced by length: 2, 3 or 4 hours, with extras such as a fully custom overlay design, red carpet or backdrop added on top. Current prices are on the packages page, and the cost estimator gives a figure for your hours and extras without a phone call.
