360 Photobooth Freetown adds a red carpet, stanchions and backdrop walls to the 360 booth for events that want a full entrance moment. Basic props come with every booking; the red carpet and backdrop are extras that turn the booth into the focal point of the room.
What happens on the first visit
Most bookings start with a message and a photo of the venue rather than a site visit. We look at where the booth will stand, how guests will reach it, where power and cover are, and how long you want it running. For larger or unusual spaces we can walk the venue with you before the date.
The red carpet walk
A short red carpet with stanchions leading to the platform makes every guest feel like they are arriving at a premiere. It also organises the queue naturally, so the booth area looks intentional rather than crowded.
Red carpets suit weddings, milestone birthdays, awards nights and launches. They need a little more floor space than the booth alone, so allow for the carpet length when planning the room.
Backdrop walls
A backdrop behind the platform hides a busy wall, a kitchen door or a car park and gives every clip a clean background. For brand events, the backdrop can carry the logo so it appears in every frame as well as on the overlay.
Props
Basic props are included with every booking: the kind guests pick up for a laugh and put down for the next group. Themed props for a specific party theme can be requested when you book.
Prices and paying
Hire is priced by length: 2, 3 or 4 hours, with extras such as a fully custom overlay design, red carpet or backdrop added on top. Current prices are on the packages page, and the cost estimator gives a figure for your hours and extras without a phone call.
Send your date, venue and hours on WhatsApp. We confirm availability and the full total in writing before you pay anything.
