360 Photobooth Freetown is a 360 video booth service for trade shows and exhibitions in Freetown. On a busy exhibition floor, a 360 booth on your stand gives visitors a reason to stop, a branded video to share, and gives your team a natural opening to start a conversation.
What happens on the first visit
Most bookings start with a message and a photo of the venue rather than a site visit. We look at where the booth will stand, how guests will reach it, where power and cover are, and how long you want it running. For larger or unusual spaces we can walk the venue with you before the date.
Turning a stand into a stop
Most visitors walk past most stands. A booth with a short queue and people laughing on the platform changes that. While visitors wait, your team can talk to them, collect contacts or hand out materials.
Each video carries your branding, so every share extends the reach of your stand beyond the exhibition hall.
Space on a stand
The booth needs a clear area of about 3 m by 3 m, plus room for a short queue. On a 3 m by 3 m shell scheme stand, that takes the whole footprint, so it suits larger stands or a shared feature area. Send the stand plan and we will advise.
Exhibition days are long. Four hours or more is typical, often spread across the busiest periods.
Power on the exhibition floor
Exhibition halls in Freetown share power across many stands, and outages or overloads happen. The booth runs on its own backup power, so your stand keeps working when the hall's supply does not.
Prices and paying
Hire is priced by length: 2, 3 or 4 hours, with extras such as a fully custom overlay design, red carpet or backdrop added on top. Current prices are on the packages page, and the cost estimator gives a figure for your hours and extras without a phone call.
