360 Photobooth Freetown is a 360 video booth service for conferences, NGO events and campaign launches in Freetown. Delegates and partners record short videos with your campaign message on the overlay, share them during the event, and your communications team receives the full set for reporting and social channels.
What happens on the first visit
Most bookings start with a message and a photo of the venue rather than a site visit. We look at where the booth will stand, how guests will reach it, where power and cover are, and how long you want it running. For larger or unusual spaces we can walk the venue with you before the date.
Content for campaigns and reports
NGOs and development partners need visible evidence of engagement. A 360 booth produces dozens or hundreds of short videos of participants, branded with the campaign name and hashtag, that work on social media and in end-of-project reporting.
Delegates share their clips the same day, which extends the reach of the event to their own networks and organisations.
Running a booth between sessions
Conference days are structured. The booth is busiest at registration, during breaks and at the closing reception. Many organisers book four hours or more and position the booth near the coffee area or the exhibition space.
The attendant runs the booth for the whole hire, so your team stays focused on the programme.
Consent and messaging
For events involving community participants or sensitive topics, tell us your consent requirements when you ask for a quote. The overlay message is agreed with your communications team before the event.
Prices and paying
Hire is priced by length: 2, 3 or 4 hours, with extras such as a fully custom overlay design, red carpet or backdrop added on top. Current prices are on the packages page, and the cost estimator gives a figure for your hours and extras without a phone call.
